About HER
Kathy Michele Brantley (K. Michele) is a native of Newark, NJ. She is the owner of KMB Enterprise, LLC, which is the parent company of Empower HER, Empower HIM, Exquisite Concierge, Exquisite Productions, Highly Favored Consulting, BBB Delivery Service, TJ’s Books, CLX Candles and D.I.V.A.S. Circle, Inc. (501c3).
She uses her talents of writing, publishing, marketing, promotion, production and managing to bring to life even the simplest idea or concept. She is also a motivational speaker who encourages others to go after their dreams and she provides them the tools needed to succeed.
In 2022, K. Michele launched a clothing brand dedicated solely to empowering women, Empower HER, LLC. The apparel can be found online at thenempowerher.com. T-shirts can be bought directly from her at local pop-up shops in the Essex County area. Empower HER is more than just a brand, it's a lifestyle! She also co-wrote and self-published her first book of poetry in 2022.
K. Michele Brantley, a “mompreneur”, expanded her business catalog in 2023, to incorporate her three sons, Brandon (18 yrs old), Troy, Jr. (9 yrs old) and Thomas (7 yrs old - autistic). Brandon is the proud owner of CLX Candles, while Troy, Jr., is the owner of TJ’s Books. The bookstore focuses on siblings of children with autism. The mother and son teams sell merchandise online and at local area pop-up shops. She also published a client’s book in March 2024, titled, “Evening with Destiny” by Denise Baskerville.
In April 2024, K. Michele partnered with Robert Brown to create a complimentary men’s line to Empower HER named Empower HIM. Together they work on creating a system of support and inspiration to empower men and women. The goal is to know that we ALL need support regardless of our genders. Shop today at thenempowerhim.com
Michele is a veteran educator and has been a public school employee for over 25 years. She is currently a school administrator. She enjoys vacationing with her family, promoting her brand and her businesses and supporting other small business owners.@kmbenterprisellc
